About Us

“A little secret about your therapist – Your Therapist doesn’t just hold you in mind for the hour that you sit in front of them.  They research topics related to your case outside sessions. Spend hours doing notes and treatment planning for you, and they hold you in mind between sessions.  When something they see reminds them of you, they think about you.  They talk to their supervisors and colleagues about your case to ensure they’re providing you with the best treatment.  It’s more than one hour.”
